Putting up the Tawny Owl Boxes!

Bridge View School, Hessle made two tawny owl boxes for us as part of our Lottery funded Birds for Breathing Places project. The only problem was how to get them fastened up in the trees. We had to enlist the help of James from the ERYC Countryside Access team and his tree climbing skills. This turned out to be a whole day's work. Many thanks to James for his help. Lets hope the tawny owls like the look the boxes and appreciate our efforts by nesting in them!
